eSPC Online Data Analysis Platform
eSPC, developed by the Sample and Preparation Characterization (SPC) Facility at EMBL-Hamburg, is an online data analysis platform that provides easy to use open access software to process, visualize and model data produced by a diversity of molecular biophysics methods.
The eSPC platform currently comprises 7 modules for 6 techniques:
- BioLayer Interferometry (BLI): KinGenie
- Circular Dichroism (CD): ChiraKit
- Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF): FoldAffinity and MoltenProt
- Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS): Raynals
- Mass Photometry (MP): PhotoMol
- MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST): ThermoAffinity

Molecular Biophysics Database (MBDB)
MBDB, developed by the Institute of Biotechnology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, collects raw data and rich metadata from experiments produced with biomolecular samples, biological material or other material, using a diversity of molecular biophysics methods.
Four techniques are currently covered:
- BioLayer interferometry (BLI)
- Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC)
- MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST)
- Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR)
Next scheduled technique: Mass Photometry (MP)
